☑️ Essential Job Functions:

- Process all Automotive and extended warranty claims having regard to the validity of the policy/claim, policy limits, the circumstances surrounding the claim, cost containment opportunities and Company service standard requirements/time-frames for the processing and finalization of all claims

- Oversee the inspection of vehicles before and after repairs in order identify faulty components and ensure complete fixing and under policy coverage.

- Contact clients and coordinate them to bring vehicles to the service provider for repairing

- Guide and review all claim activities of servicing/repairing to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

- Conduct repair price negotiations with service providers to arrive at a favorable bargain, also maintain record of all vehicle repairs, maintenance and their associated fees.

- Provide Claims Management reports as evidence of the service standards being achieved

- Liaise with others to coordinator as necessary tasks and fixing process till completed claim assessment.

- Liaise with external/service providers as appropriate to ensure claims are managed in a cost and time effective manner in line with Company service standards and expectations

- Prepare and submit reports to the Claims Manager as required

☑️ Qualifications:

- Vietnam nationality only

- Language: Vietnamese & English

- Several years of proven work experience in the Automobile or Auto Insurance industry.

- At least a High School diploma, and must have studied disciplines like Automotive, Technician, or any other related field.

- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

- Ability to multitask, as an Auto Insurance Claims adjuster is expected to handle several ongoing cases simultaneously

- Computer Literate and able to work efficiently with Word and Excel as a minimum

- Working Hours : 8.00 – 18.00

- Working Days : Monday to Saturday

- Location : Allianz Call Center @ MP Group - S5-7, Centralized production cluster of craft village, Trieu Khuc, Thanh Tri, Hanoi, Vietnam.
