Successful candidates will be working four below fields:

1. Quality Firewall (QFW)
- Verify QFW inspection process for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Verify QFW is out of process, i.e. away from the EOL process flow where it is possible.
- Given the QFW represents the customer, customer sign is posted at the QFW to remind suppliers
- Verify QFW data is properly recorded during the inspection and QFW I-Chart completed daily
- Observe the inspection 3x daily minimum for accuracy and completeness for customer‘s production.
- Others to be determined and agreed upon.

2. Product Corrective Actions for QFW NGs

-  Defects found at the QFW to be actioned and contained upstream to stop escapes to the QFW.

-  Ensure the supplier uses a proper problem solving methodology (8-D...) and tool set to understand root cause for why made and why leak.

-  Track each corrective actions to completion.

3. Process Audits (LPA)

- Audit each process step/operation to ensure operator work instructions. Where possible, pull out an OK part and have it rechecked at the operation.

- Audit each process step/operation to ensure the control plan sampling size, frequency and gauging checks are aligned.

4. Process Control Plan Audits

- Using the customer‘s PCPA template, perform over a week’s time on PCPA audit and report out on findings.

- Individual findings to be provided to the supplier for real-time reaction.

Qualifications: 

- Experience: 3-5 years experience in car quality-related fields.

- Fluency in English (written and oral) to communicate with clients.

- Leadership skills: Ability to work as floor manager, QC director, and/or Firm director which has responsibility for Quality Assurance.

- Flexible traveling schedule. Be able to travel according to Trigo‘s plan at clients‘ locations such as in Hai Phong, Ha Noi, HCM, Dong Nai.

- Workplace and Time: - Travel flexibly according to clients‘ location. - Work from Monday to Friday, day-off on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
