JOB SUMMARY:

- Understand needed business, receive customer’s issue/request, and solve those requests

- Can communicate with customer in English or Japanese via phone

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Learn business with procedure and practice them

- Receive customer issue/request, reply/solve them quickly

- Ensure issue/request to be closed correctly with customer’s confirmation

- Use dedicated tools in working (receiving tickets, update status and information)

- Work in shifts, on weekend or holiday with full benefits according to Labor Code

- Follow the direction of Leader or Line manager

- Report to Leader or Line Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Graduated from College or University

- Japanese language skill equivalent to N2 or English language skill equivalent to TOEIC 800

- Has logical thinking

- Good working attitude

- Good communication skill

- Conduct request/process in the customers’ instruction guidebook exactly

- Optional: Knowledge of IT, specially understand about SQL

Working time and Work location:

- Time: From monday to friday

- Location: 37 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
